Frequently asked questions
What are the aims of introductory training?
The introductory training session is designed to give you an overview of the special features of Kieser. Your instructor will get to know you, accompany you on your first training session and then create an ideal training programme for you.
How does the introductory training work?
Your instructor will go through a welcome sheet with you. Personal data will be collected, training goals will be discussed and questions about your state of health will be asked. You will then train on 4 to 6 machines. After training, your instructor will present you with our contract options. If you decide in favour of a Kieser offer, your instructor will arrange further appointments with you and put together a training plan tailored to your needs.
How long does the introductory training take?
The introductory training usually lasts a maximum of 60 minutes.
Will I train on the LE and CE machines during the introductory training?
During a tour, the instructor will show you the LE and CE machines, but you will only train on these machines at a later date.
