Introductory session
Frequently asked questions
You want to register for an introductory session but don't know what to expect. How does the session work? How long does it last? What do I need to take with me? You have questions, we have the answers.
What are the objectives of the introductory session?
The introductory session is designed to give you an overview of the special features of Kieser. Your instructor will get to know you, accompany you on your first workout and then create a training programme that is ideal for you.
How does the introductory session work?
Your instructor will go through a welcome sheet with you. Personal data will be collected, training goals discussed and questions asked about your state of health. You will then train on 4 to 6 machines. After the session, your instructor will present you with our contract options. Should you decide to take up an offer with Kieser, your instructor will arrange further appointments with you and put together a training plan tailored to you.
How long does the introductory session take?
The introductory session usually lasts a maximum of 60 minutes.
Will I train on the computer-assisted machines LE and CE in the introductory session?

No, the back test will take place at a later date.
